Production Leadership Application

Directorial & Stage Management Positions

At Pearl Community Theatre, every great season is guided by dedicated artistic and organizational leaders. We are currently accepting applications for key production leadership positions for our upcoming productions.

We invite experienced, passionate, and collaborative theater artists to apply for the following lead roles:

  • Director: Guides the overall artistic vision, cast staging, and performance execution from first read-through through closing night.

  • Music / Vocal Director: Leads musical preparation, vocal auditions, cast rehearsals, and coordinates vocalists with accompaniment/tracks.

  • Choreographer: Develops original movement and dance storytelling tailored to community cast capabilities and production style.

  • Stage Manager: Serves as the operational backbone of the production—manages rehearsals, coordinates schedules, tracks blocking/props, and calls all technical cues during performances.

What to Expect & Next Steps

  1. Application Submission: Complete the brief application form below detailing your experience, production preferences, and creative background.

  2. Review & Interview: Our Board and Production Committee review all submissions. Qualified applicants will be invited for an interview to discuss production concepts, timeline availability, and artistic approach.

  3. Commitment: Production leads are expected to attend production meetings, auditions, scheduled rehearsals, technical week, and all performance dates.
